Consistent Fees – FLAStays fees are consistent and based on transparent charges. Our goal is to offer competitive rates to our guest while maintaining a quality standard and making the most money for our owners.




Owner Support – As vacation rental owners ourselves we take managing properties personally. You as the owner in addition to the guest have direct customer service access to us. There are no long holds and wait times to speak with someone if a problem were to arise.

Proven Experience – We currently manage a portfolio of 7 units. We have tons of 5 star reviews and we know all of our owners on a first name basis. We want this experience to be mutually beneficial for both of us so we choose who we work with carefully.



Special Perks – We provide extreme cleaning measures when it comes to cleaning and linens. We wash all linens, including comforters after each check-out. We also offer additional perks to our guests in hopes to create a more luxurious experience that results in rebooking. Organic tea and coffee baskets upon arrival as well as quality travel size toiletries, dish soap, kitchen sponge, paper towels and toilet paper are part of the boutique property management feel that we offer.
