The fully fenced backyard offers additional privacy and space to unwind.
The minimum age to book this property is 25, but children are warmly welcomed with families.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If the smell of smoke or marijuana is present upon checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $500
Only 2 cars permitted to park in driveway. Maximum of 3 cars total and the 3rd car should park at the clubhouse upon entering the community directly to the right. Parking on the grass or on the streets is not permitted. ANy cars parked on the street or in the grass will be towed by HOA at owners expense.Â
*This property cannot accommodate service animals of any kind due to owners documented health condition. PLEASE NOTE This property has been granted a medical exemption to accepting service animals.Â
The unit has a smart lock for keyless entry and added security. You will receive your private entry code before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.

1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 30 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 90 days from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.

2. There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days (short-term rental) and 90 days (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if Guest or any other member of the Guests party does not come, and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.

3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FLAStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FLAStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
The deposit for your reservation is due when making your reservation in the amount of 50% of the reservation.

Our stay at Danielle’s place was nothing short of amazing! We decided to have an impromptu family trip and family we haven’t seen in a long time came along. We made the best memories at this house, and it felt just like home. The house was clean and comfortable. The bathroom/ house was stocked with everything you could need, the bedding was top tier. The location to the beach and pool was incredibly close, which my kids loved! It was honestly hard to leave, so we went ahead and booked another trip at Danielle’s house! Danielle was very flexible and made communication easy, and put thought and care into every detail, making her house a home away from home. I’m so grateful for this stay and can’t wait to be back!
The home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable! We had everything we needed with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Pool and tennis courts close by! Just 5 min walk to the beach. Loved the sunroom a screened in porch. Sunrise brew just across the street had yummy coffee! Would stay again!
