On-site, you'll enjoy two swimming pools -- including one with an ocean view -- tennis and shuffleboard courts, grassy lawns for picnicking and playing Frisbee, and a private boardwalk leading down to the white sand beach. The location is perfect, the sunrises magnificent, and the surroundings friendly. There's no better place to stay in Northeastern Florida!
The Coquina Complex has experienced many upgrades in 2023!
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest.
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint.
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches.
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.
The Atlantic is just yards away, while historic downtown St. Augustine is only 14 miles north! Enjoy sightseeing in the oldest city in the U.S. where you can visit a number of unique shops, dine at superb restaurants, walk along St. George Street, and take tours of the Castillo De San Marcos and the Cathedral Basilica.

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.
1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Beautiful condo. Excellent view from the condo even if you don’t want to sit on the balcony. The bedroom view is outstanding. Pool is warm. Communication is outstanding if there are any issues. We will definitely rent again.

Hello, Our stay was just wonderful. We loved the view from our unit. The kitchen is very nice with beautiful finishes. The unit is a little darker than most but still very tasteful. We always love staying at the Coquina Condo complex. The management keeps it very clean and well cared for. Any concerns were handled very promptly. Loved working with FLAstays!

The condo had everything we needed. Very nicely appointed and decorated. Comfortable beds, soft towels, roomy living area, and well equipped kitchen! The washer and dryer in the unit really came in handy with 2 small children. The view of the sunrise every morning and the ocean cannot be matched anywhere!

Our week in Coquina B213 was perfect! The view was outstanding! The unit was beautifully decorated and all appliances, drains, furniture, etc. was in perfect working condition. We had no issues during the week as everything seemed new or nearly new. The beds were very comfortable and linens (including comforters) clean. Our family has been regularly vacationing at the Coquina and Crescent Sandpiper for nearly 30 years, and we are always impressed with the upkeep of the grounds and how easy it is to relax and enjoy the beach and pool here. Danielle was super at communicating with me about our unit from booking to checking in to checking out. We are already booked for next summer!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Never been to this area. Beach was not crowded at all which was great. Condo A206 was updated and view was great. Met so many nice people in the community area where the gas grills are located. They cane in handy because we didn’t want to leave the complex. What a great trip. Going to try to go again this year. No complaints at all. Danielle was a pleasure to work with.

The view of the beach and ocean is simply stunning, and this condo is only a few stepS away from the beach and large pool. Condo has been updated throughout and is beautiful. Grills are available on the community patio that overlooks the inter coastal waterway, which was nice for grilling steaks. Plenty of parking, even for my boat, which is a rare amenity for a beach condo. Very laid back atmosphere and not overly crowded. Highly recommend for families with kids. Our daughter made some good friends she played with every day. We will be back!
