Captains Quarter’s A209

Wonderful place and I would stay there again.

This was our first condo in 30 years. (We are motor home travelers.) I was worried about getting substandard accommodations. We were just thrilled with everything from the location to the tastefully appointed and clean home. Also, we brought way too much of our own items. This place has about everything you need. There is great storage so we could easily put our personal items away and the bags we brought.
We would definitely stay on the A side facing southward.
Bonus: we met Sheldon the Turtle!

Very nice condo. Super clean, stylish and a fantastic ocean view. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfy the beds were. Also, reclining sofa in the living room was a plus. Great stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the Coquina. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. You can’t beat the views from the balcony. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We have already booked for next year!

"Wonderful Time"

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. Both the unit and grounds were impressive and the location of the unit in relation to the pool and beach was superb. We also liked being out of the traffic areas but close enough for food, shopping, attractions, etc.

This is the perfect rental for a small family. Condo grounds are immaculate. Beautiful view from the deck. The pool is perfect for a beach break and was very clean. The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable and our teen and her friend had plenty of bunk room. It’s a compact condo but still plenty of room. Kitchen was well Stocked with nice utensils.

I would like to say how Beautiful the condo was from the moment you walk through the door and see the breathtaking View of the ocean. I spent several hours on the balcony watching the birds fly over head, the dolphins swim around 6-8 in the evening and with binoculars watching massive ships off in the distance. I would leave the door open in the late evening to listen to the sounds of the ocean as we ate dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. The condo was meticulous clean. The neighbors I met at the pool were so nice and friendly I enjoyed our nightly conversations. The path to the beach was quick and easy to get to from the pool. I was extremely pleased with my experience!

"A great find and relaxing place!"

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Coquina 209 A! From the comfortable clean well stocked condo unit to the beautiful ocean view from the private balcony. The provided beach towels and linens were a bonus (the books about the local history and ghosts were a fun read) as were the beach chairs and umbrella. From surf lessons for my daughter, surf fishing, beach days, pool days, and exploring the oldest city in the US Saint Augustine we are hooked and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Crescent Beach last weekend. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Check out instructions were clear. There were beach chairs, cooking utensils, games and even a cooler. We were able to wash all our wet towels. We will definitely stay again and recommend.

Our family loves this condo! We’ve been vacationing at Coquina for several years now - this was the second time renting Captains Quarters and we already have it booked for the same week next year. The kids love the bunk beds and the washer/dryer is great for mom!!! Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable! Danielle is very accommodating and helpful.

Highly recommend this beautiful renovated condo! The ocean is at your door step practically and the sunrise views are amazing. Our stay was fantastic and the owners have included everything that you need for a carefree vacation. Also, to top it off, the owner was very helpful with all aspects of this rental. Thanks again for a great time at Crescent Beach! Our favorite beach for many years!!

"Fresh, clean, and everything we need"

This is a beautiful condo, inside and out! The location can't be beat - you're right on the ocean, with easy access to the super clean pool. The condo is beautifully furnished with new furniture. Love that there's no carpet in this unit - so much easier to keep the sand to a minimum. The washer and dryer is the icing on the cake - we've stayed in a few other units at this complex and haven't seen any others with that feature.

"LOVED OUR STAY!!!"

We loved our stays in this fabulous condominium; we've been here twice. The condo is exceptionally clean and well decorated. It's such an amazing place to stay; it's like your home away from home! The kitchen is awesome! It's fully stocked with appliances, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, mixing bowls, etc. AND the best part, a dishwasher; no hand washing!! The family room is cozy and spacious for six adults. There is nothing better than to look out the sliding glass doors and see the beautiful ocean staring right back at you with the glimpse of palm tree peaking in and out of your view. It is breathtaking! We loved the grilling area and enjoyed our meals on the sundeck while watching the ocean. It's a spectacular view. And, the pool deck is another great spot to hang out with a book or play cards with the family! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was FANTASTIC!!! So nice to throw a load in anytime. It was a tremendous help having it right there and we used it frequently. It's heavenly here in St. Augustine and Coquina A209 is a slice of that...the view of white sand, the sound of crashing waves, and the balcony to soak it all in. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy!! We can't wait to come back!!

"Ratliff Vacation"

St. Augustine and Coquina A209 I just want to write a quick review of this condo. My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation. I want to tell you of some of the things we enjoyed while there. 1. The kitchen had everything I needed to make cooking and preparing meals easy. Just bring your food and enjoy. 2. The ability to do our laundry without leaving the condo. This was wonderful. I saw others going to do their laundry at the laundry mat on the bottom floor. I was happy to have the washer and dryer. This allowed me to do fun stuff instead of sitting at the laundry mat waiting. 3. The balcony was so relaxing. We brought our binoculars. We watched birds, dolphins, and large boats that were way offshore. We could also keep an eye on our teenagers as they enjoyed the pool or if they went down to walk on the beach or swim in the ocean. (This was a big plus for us) 4. There are two bathrooms and plenty of towels. The showers are very spacious. 5. There is a grilling area that is perfect for evening meals. If you have relatives that come to visit, this is the perfect place to invite them to come and have lots of room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful scenery, sky, beach and waves as they come in and go out. This is very relaxing. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We will be back. We enjoy all the wonderful memories we made while there.
