This two bedroom/two bath condo offers an exceptional level of comfort and convenience for up to six guests. No detail has been overlooked… from its expanded kitchen with granite counters, soft-close drawers, a pantry, all new appliances, open the living/dining area featuring versatile and generous seating arrangements to the smart placement of shelves and hooks by the entryway to keep flip-flops and beach accessories from tracking sand into the unit.
The main living area, with its million-dollar ocean view, comfortably seats everyone in your party. Smart space-saving dining surfaces adjust to mealtime for six or double as a handy work station for your laptop should you wish to catch up on some emails. A step outside onto the private balcony affords you fresh air, front-row seating to breathtaking, color-drenched sunrises and magical moonrises over the ocean after dusk.
The upstairs master retreat features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, an extra spacious closet, smart television and private bath with a step-in, custom-tiled shower, dual vanities, and luxurious towels and essential toiletries. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and 2 single bunk beds with access to the second full bath, also thoroughly upgraded. An extra-large water heater and deluxe showerheads, with a hand-held option, assure everyone a perfectly rejuvenating shower.
Wi-Fi and streaming service allow guests ready access to their devices and favorite apps. Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. One such third party company that offers travel insurance is https://www.insuremytrip.com/- - VRBO also offers trip insurance, as well as other companies (note these companies are not affiliated with this agreement they are third party vendors). Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.
1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 30 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 90 days from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days (short-term rental) and 90 days (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guests party does not come, and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
The deposit for your reservation is due when making your reservation in the amount of 50% of the reservation.

We are sorry to hear you had a hard time accessing the condo even though all check instructions with clear directions including door codes were sent to you prior to your arrival. We hoped that the phone call(s) we took with you going over all the details of where to locate check in details and door codes would have cleared that up.
Condo was decorated nicely and located in a good area of Crescent beach, close to restaurants etc.
There is no washer/dryer in the unit and when we arrived the towels were dirty and the condo appeared dirty as well.
After unloading all of our belongings with 2 small children we had to vacuum the floors and wipe counters down which was aggravating when we were apparently waiting for the unit to be cleaned.
On the day of check out we followed all of the checkout instructions, but to our surprise were sent an ugly message from the host that we “damaged” items which is absolutely untrue. Towels and bedding was used and may have had some staining (which happens) but nothing that could not be washed out. We would have happily washed if there was a washer provided.
Host has been extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend traveling here with a young family!

Thankfully we have photos/video and proof of everything.. The property before you checked in and after.
You contacted us the day prior to check-in to ask if you could check in early questioning if other guests were checking out that same day.
We told you the condo would not be ready before 4 PM and that if it was ready sooner, we would call you. That didn’t stop you from coming to the complex and helping yourself to amenities five hours prior to check in.
Not only was the condo deep cleaned prior to your arrival. It was then inspected by management at which point you were contacted at 3:30 to inform you the property was ready. You were already on site and in the pool for hours.
We understand that accidents happen and replace linens frequently with no cost to guest. The stains of blood and feces that you all left on bedding and towels was ridiculous.
The gum smeared into the leather sofa that now has to be replaced, unacceptable.
You’re not welcome back at any of our properties.
High quality furnishings, the place was pristine right down to the balcony/deck furnishings. It was all thoughtfully done. We will be back here again. Thanks for helping us make great memories here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Crescent beach! It was a first time in Florida and We will be back! Condo was nice and extremely clean. It was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. We will hopefully will be back next year. Danielle was easy to talk to and responded quickly and even allowed us to extend our stay by one day. Great experience all together!
The unit is in a great location and right on the beach. It was clean and we appreciated the quick response when we have problems with the Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi never worked upstairs so the TV in the master never worked. There is no TV in the spare room and I would never recommend a toddler staying there as the stairs are very steep and there is not room for a baby gate.

We are always happy to troubleshoot with guest and are just a phone call away! The listing is 100% accurate reflecting 2 TV's one downstairs and 1 in the primary bedroom. We do not claim or advertise a TV in the second bedroom. The actual stairs to the second floor are also pictured in the listing for guest to see prior to booking. We would be happy to accommodate you in a ground floor walkout unit next time.
Danielle offered an absolutely beautiful home to stay in. It was outfitted with nice decor and high end finishes in the bathrooms. We loved the convenience of being on the beach, having a pool and being a 28 min driving distance from St.Augustine downtown activities. It was nice to relax on the balcony and watch the ocean in the morning and evenings. Having TV Netflix, Prime and peacock available for the kids to watch while we were in between activities was nice. The Condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We absolutely loved our stay & wished we could have stayed longer!
The only inconvenience we experienced was not being allowed to sit on the leather couch after having applied sunscreen. This rule was not sent to us until after we booked. As a fair skinned family of 5 this left us only able to sit on the bar stools or outside after preparing for the beach/pool or right after we got done.
