This condo comes complete with a full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz counters, a full-size pantry, and a beautiful ocean view. Head outside for a morning sunrise and spot a dolphin or two, and relax on the leather sofa in the living room as you gaze out at the beach through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Each evening, kick back in front of the 55-inch Smart HDTV with cable, DVR, and On Demand access.

Within the Coquina Condominiums, you'll enjoy access to a swimming pool, tennis court, a grilling area, and basketball courts when you're not strolling on the white sand beach.
The Coquina Complex has experienced many upgrades in 2023! 
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest. 
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.  
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint. 
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. 
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.
If you're an angler, you'll even have access to a fish-cleaning station. Spend your days exploring Crescent Beach and Anastasia Island, or head just 13 miles north to the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Fort Matanzas National Monument is also only two miles south, featuring beautiful grounds that are home to an 18th century Spanish fort.

Parking Notes:  Each unit has one (1) dedicated space adjacent to the unit. Large vehicles and additional cars must be parked on the outer lot perimeter spaces. No motor homes are allowed on the property. Boats/trailers, jet skis/trailers, or other recreational equipment brought into Coquina property by a guest or renters must have prior approval by the site manager or the Board of Directors. No Dogs allowed, No exceptions. 

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. One such third party company that offers travel insurance is - VRBO also offers trip insurance, as well as other companies (note— these companies are not affiliated with this agreement— they are third party vendors). Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.

1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.

2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.

3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.

4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).

Deposit Policy

$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

My family stayed here while visiting local family for Thanksgiving and it was a great, peaceful spot. Beautiful views of the beach and a little balcony to listen to the waves. Everything was clean, comfortable and modern. It’s easy to get to restaurants and tourist attractions with a car and it’s nice to be directly on the beach. Would stay here again!

We've come to Coquina for the last 7 years however this year was the first time staying in B-203. From the moment we passed through the door we knew we'd want this unit again. The condo was spotless and smelled wonderful, we've never stayed in a cleaner condo. Everything from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. I must add the comfort of the deck chairs caught me by surprise, so much so I've ordered a couple for my own home!

"2 week stay"

In review of my April 2022 two week stay at Coquina Cottage B203, I would like to start by saying it was just fabulous from start to finish. The booking process, working with Danielle was without a hitch. I appreciated the timely and consistent replies to my emails asking for restaurant suggestions, condo information, and a list of “things to do “ while visiting.

The unit was pristine upon arrival, and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing, as was the pool, and the proximity to the ocean.

We had a couple very small maintenance issues that were addressed and managed almost instantly due to Danielle jumping right on it.

The complex was very neat and groomed in appearance, it was a restful atmosphere and was so enjoyable I would consider moving there.

Thank you for wonderful vacation accommodations, definitely will return!!!

Everything was great!!! The amenities were outstanding. The condo was clean, well appointed and in a great location!!! It had everything we needed to get vacationing right away! Love this condo. Thank you for letting us stay!!! We had an opportunity to see our neighbors condo and it was not anywhere near as nice. Our neighbors were jealous!
