This oceanfront retreat provides the perfect getaway, allowing you to relax and unwind mere steps from the beach and an assortment of wonderful community amenities. Spend your days at the beach, soaking up the sun and playing in the clear water, or take a short drive into town and immerse yourself in the fantastic culture of St. Augustine. The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck. There are gas grills on the sundeck, tennis courts, shuffle board and a basketball court. We also have an area with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.
Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

The Coquina Condominiums offer guests use of a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, shuffleboard courts, and basketball courts. You'll have excellent access to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and all of the public beach access points in the area. Drive just 13 miles north to the center of downtown St. Augustine, where you can tour a wealth of historic sites and sample the region's amazing food scene. Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.
1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Perfect view, great location that far enough away St. Augustine to make it less crowded and an easy drive into St. Augustine. The place was great and the only thing we did not like was the living room tv because you had to use 3 remotes but this didn't impact vacation since we constantly were on the move.
We loved going to St. Augustine and being able to return to a comfortable quiet place to enjoy the ocean.
