You can't get any closer to the beach than the Coquina Condominiums, which offer one of the fastest jaunts to the sand and sea as well as use of an outdoor pool and other wonderful community amenities. This condo is part of the Coquina Condominiums, a beachfront complex with a community pool, a grilling area, a fish-cleaning station, and tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts.
You'll be perfectly located for exploring Crescent Beach and Anastasia Island, and the fantastic cuisine, culture, and history of downtown St. Augustine await 13 miles north.
This property is also just two miles north of Fort Matanzas National Monument - the beautiful grounds of which are home to an 18th century Spanish fort.
Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is 7 miles South of our property nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River. Explore 425 acres of coastal scenery including the lush hammock where towering Live Oaks, Hickory and Magnolia trees offer their welcome shade. The formal gardens are a delight to see!

1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
$355.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.

We stayed at Coquina Condominiums Unit A206 for one month during February/March 2021. This resort is right on the beach and had no boardwalk which was great. There is a nice pool area which was too cold to use while we were there. Had it been heated, it would be perfect! There is also an upstairs community patio area with two gas grills available for guests. The unit is set up much like many others in the Crescent Beach area—two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bedrooms are on the top level with one bath up and one on the main level. The main living area was good sized, but the furniture could have been more comfortable. The balcony was warm and sunny in the mornings. The full kitchen was large and had everything we needed except a crock pot. The pantry was very nice. Upstairs the master bedroom faced the ocean, so we were able to catch the sunrise each morning from our bed as well from as the balcony—just beautiful! The mattress was wonderful! I wish I knew the brand - I’d buy one like it for home. The bathrooms were definitely not large, but the (only) shower was. I believe the unit originally had two showers, but the downstairs bath now houses a washer/dryer unit, so that’s a trade off and hence it’s only a 1/2 bath. One shower was fine for just the two of us, but had there been more guests, one shower would not be enough long term. We did have a couple maintenance issues, which were addressed quickly and satisfactorily by Danielle, the manager, which we greatly appreciated. The washer and dryer all-in-one unit, although supposedly brand new, had issues and should be checked or switched out. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator at Coquina. There is a flight of stairs to get to the unit and then another flight to get to the bedrooms and full bath. Someone with mobility issues would have a difficult time in this unit. Another person we wanted to mention was Joe, the resort maintenance engineer, who was also very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. Many guests here were friendly. All-in-all our stay at Coquina was pleasant and we would have rented the unit again next winter, but were disappointed to find out it was already booked before we arrived.

This was a perfect getaway for our 25th wedding anniversary! The condo has been remodeled, is beautiful and was spotless. It is one of the few condos in this complex with a washer and dryer. Danielle was great to work with and we will definitely be back!
This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. Great area to stay and the beach was steps away and had plenty of space for all of our beach stuff. The accommodations were perfect with large kitchen and plenty of space for us. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked which is always nice since we did cook most nights. The pool was never crowded which was also nice. I would highly recommend this condo for those staying in crescent beach. We will definitely return.
My husband and I had a wonderful time. Never been to this area. Beach was not crowded at all which was great. Condo A206 was updated and view was great. Met so many nice people in the community area where the gas grills are located. They cane in handy because we didn’t want to leave the complex. What a great trip. Going to try to go again this year. No complaints at all. Danielle was a pleasure to work with.
