Welcome to our beautiful Once Upon A Tide located in the serene and charming Crescent Beach, Florida. This cozy and comfortable condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family and friends. As you step into the condo, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that will instantly make you feel at home.
The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a plush bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two full beds and a separate bathroom. The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a comfortable sofa and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
But the best part about this condo is its prime location. It is situated just a short walk away from the beach, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, and building sandcastles with your loved ones. You can also enjoy a variety of water sports activities, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing, or take a stroll along the beach and explore the beautiful views.
In the evenings, you can relax on the spacious patio and enjoy the cool breeze while sipping on a refreshing drink. This ground floor unit also provides easy access to the pool area, where you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or lounge on the sun deck.

The Coquina Complex has experienced many upgrades in 2023!
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest.
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint.
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches.
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.
Each unit comes with two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels.Â

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.
1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The place was a bit dated.
The vents were quite full of dirt/dust/rust.
Found a saw palmetto/cockroach under the couch. Small water heater, one person would shower & the next would have to wait about an hour for it to be warm.
No scissors or kitchen dish rag to be found.
Patio chair is broke on one side, so you sit sideways.
Beds & couch were comfortable, pillows could use some updating.
Kept the pool very clean, though it is not heated
Otherwise it was a beautiful location with the pool and ocean right out the back doors.
(2) beach chairs & some beach toys for guests to use as well as (4) large pool towels were a nice touch
Restaurants & town all in a fair proximity
There are better deals at newer properties with oceanfront. My brothers stayed at one during the same period. While the ocean view was nice, the property was old and had issues. There was a heavy urine smell in master bath. This was because toilet flushing mechanism was broken and urine left in bowl while condo unoccupied. I fixed the mechanism and cleaned the toilet. We were greeted by large dead roaches and encountered more during the week in cabinets alive and dead. Water main broke Christmas day and had us unable to cook and host and we had to relocate to my brother’s rental. For all our issues and trouble, we were issued a paltry $50 credit. No bueno!
We had another wonderful stay! The unit was perfect and had everything we could have needed. Danielle was a very responsive and helpful host. We can’t wait to come back!
Great location! Loved that the pool overlooked the ocean. Condo only steps from the pool and ocean, we loved it! Great recommendations for activities and restaurants near by.

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean and well stocked. Danielle was a very responsive host and quickly arranged to fix a minor issue we ran into, even though it was a holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
