Additonal Options

  • The pool can be heated for an additional $50/day, available October 15th through May 15th. Please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Private Chef - Want your own personal chef available to cook meals? Inquire before booking for all the options.
  • Groceries Delivered Before Check In - YES, you can have the fridge fully stocked before your arrival. Contact us to get all the details.

Exterior Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are  5 exterior security cameras located on the property:

  • SW corner of garage
  • South side of garage looking at the front door
  • 2nd floor SW corner
  • NE Corner looking out from master bath
  • Lower level NE corner looking at Pool

These cameras monitor the exterior areas only. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

No Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.

No Pets

No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property. This policy is in place due to a documented medical condition of the homeowner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Accidents & Damages

We understand that accidents can happen. If something is broken, damaged, not working properly, or becomes excessively soiled during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly for you and future guests.

Guests may be responsible for the cost to repair or replace missing or damaged items.

Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at time of booking in order to confirm reservation.
 

Property Maintenance Notice

To keep the property in excellent condition during your stay, routine maintenance may occur:
Pool Service: Our pool technician services the pool once a week and accesses the backyard through the side gate. 
Lawn Care: Lawn maintenance is performed every other week.

Late Check-Out

Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures will incur a $200 late check-out fee, as they may impact our cleaning schedule and incoming guests.

Trash

Trash Day is Monday, please pull trash cans to the end of driveway if booking is through a Monday. Please dispose of trash in the designated receptacles before departure. If an excessive amount of trash is left behind that requires additional removal services, a $100 excess trash fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. One such third party company that offers travel insurance is https://www.insuremytrip.com/- - VRBO also offers trip insurance, as well as other companies (note— these companies are not affiliated with this agreement— they are third party vendors). Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.

1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.

2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.

3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.

4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).

Deposit Policy

$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
