Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you from situations that may arise and result in a cancellation. Please make sure to thoroughly read through any insurance policy to make sure it will cover you and the reasons you may need to cancel. Please also read through our cancellation policy.
1. If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from the arrival date in a short-term stay (short term stay is less than 28 nights) or less than 4 months from the arrival date of a long-term stay (long term stay is 28 nights or more), the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit for the same (or better) terms and conditions as this Agreement, for the entire Term reserved under this agreement. If the Property can be rented to meet the said terms, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
2. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days (short-term rental) and 4 months (long-term rental) of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid will be forfeited, with the exception of the cleaning fee which can be returned if guest or any other member of the guest’s party does not come and cleaning is unnecessary. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner is considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and Reservation deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy for any reason, FlaStays LLC agrees to refund the full amount paid, and Guest agrees to release any claims against FlaStays LLC.
4. No refund is due (or will be made) for inclement weather, including mandatory evacuations by authorities during hurricane season. No refund is due (or will be made) for late arrival or early departure. As stated above, travel or Vacation Insurance is recommended to be obtained by Guest (and policies should be read to understand coverage for inclement weather).
Deposit Policy
$369.00 + tax is due at time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Danielle was very helpful and professional. The house was perfect.
It was very clean. I was in communication with her prior to renting it and questioned the fireplace. If it was gas or wood, she told me gas upon arrival she told us it was not working. They did refund $100 for the four day stay which I think was minimal. It’s good that we were only two people sleeping there because the Murphy bed in the spare second bedroom, nobody would be comfortable on location was good. Her communication was good. I probably wouldn’t go back there. We left it in immaculate shape just like we found it.

No matter how much effort you put into things there are some guest who cannot be pleased.
There was indeed a good bit of prior communication with this Guest. We were doomed from the start for not having up Christmas lights and decorations everywhere.
We did take full ownership in miscommunicating that the fireplace was gas when actually it is just decorative. We refunded the Guest $100 for this mistake.
This reservation was set up for a party of two. The house was in immaculate condition when the guest arrived. The guest reached out to complain about a lack of towels in the home for the party of two. We take photos of everything before each guest check in and pointed out a minimum of eight towels they had access to. I politely explained to the guest that we are not a hotel that provides laundry detergent and daily Housekeeping/ laundry services. We have had many guest use the Murphy bed in this home before and there has never been a complaint.
This is a guest who cannot be pleased.
We had an excellent stay and were very pleased with the house. The house was exceptionally clean, welcoming and well taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with the extra toiletries and kitchen items. We will definitely consider renting this unit again. Great communication from the host!
Danielle’s Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! The house had a stunning futuristic design—covered in windows that gave a panoramic lake view. It was peaceful, spotless, and honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The entire space felt like something out of a dream and even gave me ideas for my own home!
What truly stood out was the incredible host experience. When the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, Danielle responded to my message at 1 AM and got the issue fixed immediately—talk about dedication! Her kindness and responsiveness made an already amazing stay even better.
If you’re thinking about booking—do it! You won’t regret it. This place is a gem. I loved everything about this house and the experience. THANK YOU, Danielle!
Pictures do not do this home justice. Extraordinarily clean. Extremely well appointed. Fantastic view of the river. Quiet and serene. If you are looking for a place to relax, book this home. Danielle, the host with FLAStays was accommodating and responsive. I will certainly book with FLAStays anytime I can.

This is hands down the nicest Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Visually...stunning! Walk outside, down to the water...wow! Sunsets were amazing. Went to Vito's, right up the street, on Friday night, incredible meal! If I could give Danielle and this property more than 5 stars, I would...more like 20. Oh, yeah, and she has everything you could think of there...she has literally thought of everything. We're going back in 2 weeks for Easter...can't wait!

Best guest ever!
This is the most beautiful property! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The location is private, but close to so much. The water views are spectacular! The home was comfortable and well stocked. This is by far the best and now my favorite vacation rental property I’ve ever stayed at. And the host was super friendly and responsive!
Very peaceful, comfortable with nice furnishings. Great kitchen and appliances. A Book of suggestions for Restaurants and things to do would have been helpful. Check in and out was very easy. The Owner was very accommodating.

Simply stated, nicest AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Inside is updated, fully equipped, with beautiful views of the river. Outside is the best feature of this home - amazing dock looks like they just built it. Incredible sunset views from the dock. 5 Stars all the way around, I'll be back, thank you !
